ACCOKEEK, MD (January 28, 2011) Beretta and Sporting Heritage Corp. announced last week at the Safari Club International convention in Reno Nevada that four Beretta Trident Program Affiliates have received a Two Trident rating for excellence in upland bird hunting.

Cheyenne Ridge Signature Lodge, South Dakota; Highland Hills Ranch, Oregon; Joshua Creek Ranch, Texas; and Pine Hill Plantation, Georgia, all recently received a second Trident for the improvements and upgrades made to each location.

Beretta congratulates these Trident Affiliates for earning their second Trident mark and recognizes their commitment and dedication to consistently offering exceptional hunting and outstanding guest services.

“These affiliates represent the best of the best for upland bird hunting destinations and have earned the distinction of a Two Trident rating by making even better the hunting and overall guest experience,” said Dennis S. Doyle, VP of Operations for Sporting Heritage Corp.

A Beretta Trident rating is the mark of assurance of an extraordinary hunting or shooting experience. The Trident rating ultimately provides consumer confidence in the quality of the field sports, accommodations, and guest services when making a reservation with a Beretta Trident rated venue. Fewer than 5% of destinations worldwide would merit even a single Trident.

Branded by Beretta, the Trident Program is a unique, quality rating-system that provides an objective assessment of the complete guest experience at a sporting venue. Affiliates of the Beretta Trident Program must undergo a detailed and specific assessment of every area that can impact the guest experience as well as earn a specific scored value in order to qualify for the program. From one to three Tridents are awarded to designate the venue’s level of excellence – similar to the Michelin® Star program for fine dining.

The Beretta Trident Program was conceived and developed by Sporting Heritage Corp, a field sport consultancy. SHC is responsible for conducting the evaluations, executing the brand qualification process, and ongoing quality assurance.
