Beretta USA Revamps and Reenergizes Its Social Media Presence

Beretta fans, both new and old, can now connect, follow and subscribe to all things Beretta with the newly revamped and reenergized Beretta USA social media platform.  “Our social media presence started a few years ago,” said Ryan Muety, Beretta USA’s Director of Marketing and Consumer Direct, “but the upgrades we applied to our Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube accounts go a long way toward improving our ability to communicate quickly and efficiently with our customers, providing them with more ways to talk to us and venues to review our products.” 

 

Fans connecting to Beretta USA’s redesigned Facebook presence can now keep up with the latest news, receive sneak-peaks of upcoming products, and experience exclusive behind-the-scenes access to Beretta photo shoots and its television shows.   Monthly contests and drawings for prizes and “fan-only” e-store coupons keep Beretta fans actively engaged; most importantly, those fans have the opportunity to provide valuable feedback that will shape future Beretta offerings.

 

Followers of Beretta’s Twitter account will find day-to-day updates from the different product divisions, while subscribers to the Beretta Community YouTube channel can watch informative how-to videos and entertaining hunt diaries or submit products reviews.  Beretta USA’s engaging three-pronged social media presence encourages customers to become a true community by commenting on posts, uploading images and videos and discussing specific product findings amongst each other and with Beretta personnel.  “Beretta is committed to maintaining a strong level of interaction with its customers through many of today’s social media platforms. Forum participation, podcasts and custom applications are tools that will allow us to inform and engage, while giving our fans an opportunity to voice their ideas and passion for the shooting sports,” said Muety.
