Attendees
about to enter the NRA Headquarter’s
shooting range grin in anticapation.

Here’s
what it’s all about! Attendees safely
enjoy our many firearm models under the experienced
eyes of NRA Instructors.

A guy
who needs no introduction – but we’ll
give him one anyway. Ladies and gentlemen:
Rob Haught, Beretta Team shooter!

This
day was worth its weight in... brass. Cor-Bon
tells us that no less than 55,000 rounds were
fired!

Fun,
safety and friendship at
Beretta Day at the NRA
We want
to extend a warm “thank you!” to
all the organizers, partners and attendees
who have made this first Beretta Day at the NRA an
unforgettable event.
The shooting
range at NRA Headquarters in Fairfax, VA, opened
its doors to a day of partnership with Beretta.
Between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, upward
of 200 of our friends in the Greater DC community
attended the event – an event marked
by fun, safety and friendship. Participants
came from as far as Pennsylvania and New York
State to spend some time with fellow Beretta
enthusiasts.
But how
could it be otherwise? Twelve of NRA’s
finest Instructors manned as many shooting
lanes – to each of which we had assigned
one of our best-selling Beretta handguns and
carbines, among which:
The complete
Beretta 92-96
Series
The U22
Neos
The Cheetah Series
The CX4
Storm carbine
The 3032
Tomcat Under these
experienced individuals’ supervision,
attendees shot and tested our firearms to their
heart’s content – only taking a
break now and then to sample the choice delicacies
provided by the organizers.
Cor-Bon,
who kindly supplied the ammunition for the
occasion, reports that no less than 55, 000
rounds were fired! What better way for us to
know that everybody enjoyed themselves?
Topping
it all was our good friend and featured NRA
Shooter “Super
Dave” who gave all an impressive
demonstration of his fabled shooting and quick-reloading
skills. After loading three magazines with
six rounds each, he proceeded to rapid-fire
at a bull’s eye twenty feet away. The
result: eighteen solid hits in 7.8 seconds!
This event
was the first of its kind and, judging by its
resounding success, will be the earliest of
a long series. We want to extend a special “thank
you” to the NRA and its wonderful staff,
to Cor-Bon for providing the ammunition, to
our friends on the Beretta
Forum for spreading the word and participating
and, naturally, to you, our patrons and customers
for supporting Beretta and our products.
