“I started shooting rifles with my father from a very young age and after I turned 8 I begged my dad to take me shooting shotguns. We went to American Shooting Centers in early 1990 and shot sporting clays. I’ve been hooked ever since,” so says Glenn Eller. Glenn is a native of the Houston Texas area, but currently resides in Georgia. Glenn is a champion in Men’s Double Trap, and also does some sport shooting.
Glenn currently shoots a DT-10, which he plans to carry with him in his quest for a second Olympic Gold Medal – this time, in the new Men’s Double Trap format. Glenn previously won a Gold Medal in the 2008 Games.
Glenn’s favorite games to shoot are FITASC, TAPA, and ZZ’s. He also does wake boarding, hunting, fishing, and plays golf.
