I am not happy with the blue bear lining sweater PU59702000539xl that I purchased and I want an exchange. This sweater came out of the box looking used, it was pilled throughout and has some additional stitching on the shoulder that looks like it was a repair from some type of earlier damage. I called customer service department and spoke to Jim Lewis. I was not happy with the options he gave me to resolve this issue. You see I purchased the sweater during one of your promotional sales and Jim Lewis told me I had to return the item, pay for shipping and then repurchase another sweater at full price. That is not an acceptable policy to me considering I received a damaged product.
I have spent thousands this year purchasing your products and I have this one issue on an item and I feel I am not being treated fairly by your customer service department. This experience has left me disappointed and I am seriously considering returning all my items.
