Almost the "Perfect" Jacket

Just bought this jacket, along with the BIS Jacket "Linear". Initial impressions are impressive. Firs off, the jacket is true to size, if not a tad bit on the larger size of fitted size; I wear a XL, which is 46 - 48.. this jacket is every bit a 48, maybe leaning towards a size 50. Things you can't see in pics or video: - Hood has a elastic band inside it, that compress to head, so that it moves where you are looking, and there are straps on the outside of the back of the hood to adjust firmness. - Hand warmer pockets have a strap w/ half button inside them. This is to attach to the top of the shell pockets, to hold them open. - 2 storage pockets on the inside of the jacket, and a shooting pad sleeve on either shoulder. - As noted, the BIS "linear" does NOT zip in, and attaches via a loop/button on each cuff and one on the back of the collar. An additional note about the BIS: If the jacket runs a bit big IMO, the "linear" tends to be on the small side of the size ordered.

Great jacket. Anyone know what the tabs with snaps in the warmer pockets are for?

Great jacket. Would prefer magnetic rather than snap closure on left chest pocket. Anyone have an idea what the tabs sown into the inside of the handwarmer pockets with a male snap on the end are for? Note: Unlike what the video says, the BIS liner does not zip in. It has hooks that attach on the sleeves and at the collar, but no zips.
