Jacob Heatherington is one of our youngest shooters, but his enthusiasm for being around other shooters, his passion for the sport, and his drive to win more than make up for his lack of years. Jacob has actually been shooting since he was 2 years old – with close parental supervision, of course. “My dad took me out to shoot frozen water jugs with 22s when I was 2 and I have been shooting/hunting ever since then.”
Jacob has won a stage at the 2012 USPSA Nationals, and became Production Grand Master at age 15. He currently shoots a Beretta 92 A1. Living in Prescott, Arizona, Jacob enjoys participating in the USPSA Handgun Nationals, so that he can not only compete against the best, but get to know them as well. His ambition is to win Production at the 2013 USPSA Nationals, and the 2013 IPSC World Match.
