With a reliability reputation forged in the battles of clay target competitions around the world, Beretta introduces a new workhorse to take afield into the game coverts and flyways of America – the 3901 shotgun.

The award-winning and competition proven A390 shotgun introduced in 1996, is the launch pad for the 3901 shotgun family. MADE IN AMERICA, the model 3901 shotgun features the softest shooting gas system around, a high strength steel alloy hammer forged barrel, Mobilchoke versatility, and a removable trigger group locked in place by a single pin.

3901 Target RL - This shotgun is specifically designed for the needs of smaller stature shooters. The 3901 Target RL is the ideal first shotgun for new, youth, lady, or smaller stature shooters who desire to shoot 12 gauge, but require the additional benefit of a gas operating system to reduce recoil. This 12 gauge 3” chambered, semi-automatic comes in both 26” and 28” barrel lengths. The barrel comes equipped with a Sporting style flat rib with steel front bead and mid-bead. The standard walnut stock and forearm are finished in a satin matte finish. The gun has an adjustable length of pull from 12” – 13”. The stock is also adjustable for cast on/off and comes equipped with Beretta’s Memory System II™ to adjust the parallel comb. Through the use of supplied magazine plugs, the capacity of the gun can be configured to a single shot if so desired for teaching applications. The gun weighs 7.2 lbs. MSRP is $898

3901 Rifled Slug Shotgun - To further complete Beretta's 3901 product family, new for 2006 is the 3901 Rifled Slug Shotgun (available Summer 2006). This is a rifled slug barrel variant of the time proven Beretta 390 gas-operated action - a proven winner for recoil reduction. Available in 12 gauge with a black high-impact synthetic stock and fore end. The 24" barrel is rifled with a 1:28 twist. A Picatinny cantilever rail is supplied for scope mounting. MSRP is $799.
