Sako 85, Limited Anniversary Series

Sako’s Limited Anniversary Series Rifle is based on the Sako 85 L and new for 2011 XL actions. These actions offer traditional Sako 85 features such as: mechanical ejection, controlled round feed, an integral tapered scope mount rail and one-piece forged bolt. Hand engraved anniversary engravings highlight the hinged magazine floorplate and pistol grip cap. A straight, classic style stock made of exceptional grade four walnut is oil finished with a contrasting ebony fore-end tip and pistol grip cap.

• Barrel – Heavy hunting taper, free-floating, cold-hammer forged with barrel band sling swivel
• Trigger– Single-stage with an adjustable pull from 2 to 4 lbs
• Safety –Allows loading and unloading of the rifle with safety engaged
• Sights –Special quarter-rib mounted shallow “V” Express style rear sight and barrel band front sight with oversize white bead, adjustable for windage and elevation
• Magazine – 5 round capacity (1 in the chamber, 4 in the magazine) on all calibers except the .375 H&H – 6 round capacity (1 in the chamber, 5 in the magazine)
• Case – Leather case includes: leather gun sling, cleaning kit and tool set
• Scope – Swarovski Z6i 1-6x24 EE / 4-l Reticle riflescope fitted with “return-to-zero” Sako Optilock scope mounts
