Instructions: Consumer must complete the rebate coupon (downloadable online at www.berettausa.com) and mail it together with a copy of the dated sales receipt with store name, a copy of the 4473, and the serial number. This documentation must be received by Beretta USA no later than September 30, 2010 to qualify.
