Placing an order at the Beretta e-Store is easy. Simply follow the steps below.
- Add items to your shopping cart by entering the quantity and clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
- When you are ready to check out, click on "View Cart." You can change the quantities in your cart, clear your cart, add items to your cart, update your cart and select your shipping method. Once you are satisfied with your cart, please click "Proceed to Check Out."
- In order to check out, you will need to sign in or establish an account. If you already have a Beretta e-Store account, you may enter your user id and password and click Sign In. If you do not have an e-Store account, you can click on the "New User" link. You will be asked to enter your zip code and telephone number. If you have purchased from Beretta in the past, we will attempt to locate your information in our system. If we find your information, you will be asked to provide an e-mail address and password to establish your account. If you have not purchased from Beretta in the past, you will be directed to a new user screen where you can establish a Beretta e-Store account.
- Once you have signed in, you can click the Proceed to Check Out button.
- At the Check Out page, you can review your order. If you have more than one Billing or Shipping Address, you can add a new Billing or Shipping Address. You can then enter your payment information and click Confirm Order.
- Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an on screen order confirmation as well as an e-mail order confirmation.
- Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a second e-mail confirming when your order was shipped. This e-mail will provide you with the date that the order was shipped.

You may order on-line and pay by credit card. We currently accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
You may also contact Beretta Customer Support at (800) 237-3882 and place on order telephonically. If you would like to place an order from our mail order catalog please call (800) 929-2901.
We will charge your credit card for the value of the goods being shipped plus shipping charges. If you have items on your order that are not yet shippable, you will not be charged for these items until they actually ship. You will not be charged shipping more than once.
When you order on line, we will ask for your credit card security code.
The credit card security code is NOT your PIN number. It is an extra ID printed on your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express Card.
Visa or MasterCard: On the back of the card in the top-right corner of the signature box. Provide the three-digit number following the credit card number.
American Express: On the front of the card. Provide the four-digit number on the right directly above the credit card number.
If we are unable to obtain a match with your credit card security code and your credit card information, we cannot accept your order. We do this to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions and to protect our customers.
- We cannot process gift cards through our payment gateway. The credit card has to have a billable address.

You can check the status of your order by entering your user id and password and clicking the Sign In button.
If you have forgotten your password, you can have your password sent to you by clicking the "Forgot Password" link and following the instructions on the screen.
Once you have logged into the e-Store, you can check on the status of your order by clicking on the Customer Self Service link and selecting Open Order. You can check your order history by selecting Order History.

"In Stock" and "Due In" items will normally ship by the Expected Ship Date that is displayed with the product information.
We ship on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. Your order is usually processed in 24 to 48 hours, but during September through December, processing may take slightly longer. Note that processing time is not included in shipping time. Delivery time starts from the time your order is picked up by the carrier from our dock, not the time that you place the order.
We will send you an e-mail notification when your order has been shipped.
In some instances, we may ship the products that you ordered from different locations. If this occurs, we will send you shipment notifications as the products ship.
We will not charge you for additional freight if we ship your order from multiple locations.
We can only ship to valid street addresses in the fifty US states. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Due to export issues, we cannot ship to addresses in Puerto Rico.

We normally ship our products by United Parcel Service to locations within the United States. We may, however, ship small items by US Postal Service.
Our shipping rates are based upon the value of the order.

Make sure to complete the yellow Returns and Exchanges form that came with your order and include it with your return. If possible, include a copy of your original packing slip. If you no longer have the Returns and Exchanges form, please include a note stating the reason for your return and/or the type of service you are looking for along with a daytime phone number or e-mail address where you can be reached if necessary. Please, note that this type of return does not require a pre-authorization or RMA number.
Wood Stock Sets Returns and Refunds
Wood stock sets can only be returned if in a "like new" condition. We cannot accept returns for stock sets that are damaged or broken by the customer.
