APX tritium night sights

Just got these installed and the front sight doesn't glow. And they are tiny.

Don't bother

Just got these installed and the front sight doesn't even glow. And the dots are about 1/3 the size of the stock sights. Waste of money.

APX sights do not fit

Do not attempt to put these sites on yourself. I have tried to install these on my APX compact and the front site broke, even using a sight-pusher/oil/sanding/ etc. According to their technicians, the sights require a special tool that you can get for $600, or send it in to them to install with the OEM sights. So on top of the cost of the sights, you need to pay to have them put on. I love the pistol but this is just insane. Buyer's beware.

Work Great!

I've had these on my full-size APX for about a year and have had no problems. The tritium lit dots are smaller than most, but they are bright enough to pick up in a dimly-lit environment, and obviously even better in the dark. Likewise, the white rings are easy to see in the daytime or at the range. The sights are identical to the stock sights so if you like what you already have, but want to add some versatility to your shooting this is a good choice.

Same As Stock But Glows

I've had the APX Tritium Night Sights on my full-size APX for about a year and they're awesome. My earlier experience was with factory installed tritium sights on a Sig P320, which were not easy to see in daytime. The Beretta sights are easy to pick up in daylight or at the range and transitioning from light to dim while holding your line of sight is seamless. The tritium lit dots are on the small side, but they're bright enough that it's not really an issue. If you like your stock sights, but want to add some versatility to your shooting, these are the way to go.

Night sight (front) that do not glow in the dark - exactly what I needed

Rear dots are really tiny, but they do glow in the dark and that's what matters. Front one - really huge white circle, but no use in the dark. After a few seconds of staring into nowhere you'll eventually see the front, only because your eyes are accustomed to dark already and you know that white circle is supposed to be there. I highly doubt the front was on the shelf for 10 years before shipping it out, so not burnt out for sure, but why does it not work as the rears.

BE AWARE, POSSIBLE PRODUCT DEFFECT

I purchased the “Beretta APX Tritium Night Sights” for my 9mm pistol. Took them to my gunsmith at Coastal Gun Works in Virginia Beach, VA and had them installed. Later, went and took gun out of case to check out the new sights and noticed right away a problem. The rear sights were putting out a 100% glow. THE FRONT SIGHT WAS PUTTING OUT ONLY ABOUT 5% TO 10% AT BEST GLOW!!! Something was defective somewhere because illumination on front sight was nonexistent TWO DAYS after. Then, I had to deal with going back to my gunsmith all over again and the process, money out of pocket, etc. I ended sending them back to Beretta and I thought that at least I was going to have all my money back but they charged me for shipping and instead of receiving the whole amount back to my credit card of $129.00 Dollars, I received $115.46 Dollars. I understand being charged for the shipping if I just decided to return the sights and nothing was wrong with them, but in this case the product that I received w
