Excellent function; hard loading.

This is a Beretta factory magazine with a decades-old design. Well-built and reliable. Downside is the tiny stud on the side that you push down with your finger to load the 7 rounds. I bought this pistol because of its tip-up barrel but was struggling to load the mags due to arthritis. Solved problem by getting a Mini Uplula.

Beretta 21 magazines

Bought two mags. neither machined right, refused to latch. Made in Italy on them. Took to gunsmith and he machined notch in them so now they latch. Suggest you try made in Italy models, THEY DON'T LATCH. INSERT MAG, IT FALLS OUT.

magazine

I would recommend....with a warning. The spring on the magazine is almost too strong. It is hard to load, esp. compared to my S&W Compact .22. Hurts my fingers. I had a jam within 50 rounds and I used CC mini-mags. I will try loading less than magazine capacity when I go to the range next time. This is based on a referral from a poster on Youtube. We shall see.

It's okay....

Magazine does not pop out of the handle when the eject button is pushed. I can pull it out. The magazine which came with the gun pops out. Recommendation to buy is a definite maybe.

Sent wrong mags

Ordered 2 mags for .22LR (this part number) and received 2 .32 caliber mags. Now I am returning these mags, waiting for my refund, and trying to order again. Hopefully the picker will have learned the difference between .32 and .22 by then. Maybe they'll throw in an extra mag for the inconvenience. The .32 mags were covered in a light coat of rust as a bonus. Not the attention to detail I expect from Beretta.
