I purchased two mag's for my new Bobcat 21A. One would not eject from the gun. The other was fine. I contacted customer who immediately sent me an email label for the return of the defective mag and sent a replacement. The replacement would also not eject from the gun. I have to thumb nail pry it out of the gun. I contacted customer service to notify them of this defective mag. I was told that Beretta would send me a email label for the return and would replace the defective mag. After 3 or 4 days I contacted Beretta and told them that I have yet to receive a return label. I was told that she would follow up and see that it was sent. After another 3 or 4 days I called again to advise that I have not received the return label as yet. This is call # 3. This time I was told that corporate has to create this label that she could not. I was told that she would follow up and corporate will follow up with me shortly. More than a week later, I am still waiting. This was a bulk purchase mag.
