Beretta 92/96 Series Rubber Grips - Wrap-Around (Hogue) Reviews

Stop reading this review and order one right NOW!!! before they sell out. This is the best upgrade for the price that you will ever spend for your pistol. I have small hands and thought these were going to be to big. I was wrong, they fit like they were molded to my hands. You can shoot with these grips one-handed and still feel confident and accurate. I also added a rail with a strobe flashlight and my pistol looks so tacti-cool!!!

I think these grips are great. My only recommendation is that if u have small hands do not get these. They make the large handle that much bigger...

I put these on my 92F and haven't worn them out, even after 14 years of merciless police service. The tacky feel of the grips and finger notches are very secure and reassuring, even with sweaty hands or rainy conditions. I've installed them on 3 other (non-Beretta) handguns and one AR. Do I recommend them? I think they should be standard equipment.

These grippy rubber grips really ensure a firm and confidence-inspiring hold. My fingers wrap the grip perfectly, and my strong hand doesn't tire as quickly after a few hours on the range. A great upgrade to a near-perfect sidearm at a very reasonable price.

Great grip. Fits the hand perfect. At first I did not like how the screws stuck out but on further investigation I learn from Hogue's web site to NOT install the grip washers, after that the screws fit nice and snug. Beretta you may want to add some instructions for these grips. Otherwise another awesome Beretta product. Grips rate a five star but seeing I had to research some instructions I am giving my review a four star.

Placed this on my 92A1 in seconds and took it out for a test run. I have medium sized hands and this grip helped so much on control and comfort. I had no issues on draw. Yes, the rubber takes away from the look, but I don't carry for looks! I shot very well, maybe better, even the first time out. I'm not taking this off!

I love these grips. I bought them for my 92FS and liked them so much that I bought one for my Sig 226 the next day. These things fit your hands like a glove. Nothing comes close for the price. I actually prefer these to the fancy ones that just look good because these look good AND contribute function. You will not be disappointed with this grip.

Very nice grips. I have small hands and these grips allow very good control of the pistol. They are also soft to the hand, no sharp feeling from checkering you often get from plastic or aluminum grips. Really a value for the price.

You don't need to buy new screws. The old ones work fine but put the existing washers aside. You won't need them. You may need a tiny bit of gentle twisting and stretching to align the holes but that is not a problem. The fit is good and there is no interference with the controls. There is a small plastic shim in the bag. It fits like a puzzle piece in the upper left grip. I'm not sure if you really need it but I installed it anyway. IMO, these grips look better than the original plastic ones, are more comfortable and provide a superior grip. Like the picture shows, the grips have a subdued grainy finish with a faint Beretta logo and stripe on each side. I think the grips look great when installed and are the perfect complement to the Bruniton finish. They are a bit thicker than the originals but I don't find that an issue and I have small hands. I prefer finger grooves and these work fine for me. If you share my preference, I'm sure you will enjoy these grips.

I was worried about control on a full-frame weapon until I shot the 92. Once I bought it I thought about how I prefer rubberized grips on all my other weapons. The standard 92 has enough room for my left had butt to hold on correctly, and be in control shooting. This grip added maybe 1/8 of an inch more left hand control, and gives right hand finger serrations. It adds almost NOTHING to the overall width and grip of the weapon. 10/10 for this. If you have any reservation based on the change of the size of the overall grip just forget it. This is incredibly well fit to the weapon, and should be a standard option IMHO. The ONLY complaint is I with the Beretta logo was bigger on it, it's a great logo!
