Beretta Land 30 GTX - Excellent

As a professional hunting and fishing guide, I have a lot of hunting boots(17) for various uses and these are one of the best. I took them out for a break in three mile hike through the woods over snow, ice, rocks, roots, temps in the 20's and over varying terrain. Right out of the box they were comfortable. The size(42) was perfect for my regular size 7 1/2 - 8. Plenty of toe room to layer up if needed. My foot was well anchored with no heel slip or lift. The tread gripped well and the lacing was straight forward. My feet warm and dry. Another great feature is that these can be resoled. These are pricey but are worth the money. I highly recommend these to those that require a well made, comfortable, quality boot and will last a long time. Beretta/Zamberlan, you have hit a home run. What a great boot! Thanks.

Worth the money

I have owned Danner, Lowa, Kenetrek, etc. All great boots. These boots by Zamberlan are superior in a couple ways so far. Right out of the box you can tell they have a better foot bed and design than others. I have been wearing them non-stop around the house during my daily tasks to start the break in before heading to the mountains. The heel cup does a much better job of keeping heel slip to a near zero over my go-to Kenetrek. I'm to the point of wear they are ready for the hills much quicker than I'd expect. I bought them because my Kenetrek finally aren't waterproof after ten seasons. Hopefully they are as lasting. So far, so good. The fit is true to the conversion. I'm a US 10 in Kenetrek and these are 44 in EU. Perfect fit.
