Beretta NEEDS TO BE CLEAR on the capacity of the magazines when they advertise it.

I can't load the magazines past 15 rounds. The website says 17 rounds..... Not exactly happy! I was hoping to get more than 15 rounds, because the standard capacity magazines hold 14 rounds. The only positive thing was that they were on sale and the same price as the 14 rd magazines. If I paid full price and found this out I would be furious with customer service.

17 rd. Mag

Instead of making a 14 round mag with an extended base plate, why not just make the whole mag a 17 round mag, it seems everyone has issues with only fitting 14 rounds and 15 rounds when this is advertised as a 17 round magazine. I have bought 3 of these and have this issue with all of them

.40 S&W 17 rd mag

Beretta really needs to step up their game on these 17 rd mags. I have purchased 3 of these mags. Not one of them holds the advertised amount of rounds. They have to be modified to make them fit all 17 rounds. Beretta sent me one for the troubles I’m having, it didn’t work either. I stand behind beretta with their firearms but this is ridiculous. You should not have to modify a magazine especially when they are being sold at this price. Beretta seriously needs to figure out something else to do with these junk mags.

These magazines are awesome, I bought two of these magazines and both of them held a full 17 rounds with no misfires. I read a lot of reviews claiming they only hold 15 rounds but I got a full 17 rounds. Beretta must have made changes to these magazines. Great deal!!!!!

Works great

I have 4 of these and they all load 17 with no problem. I definitely recommend using a mag loader (I use a UpLULA).

Only 15 rounds?

I ordered two of these and just got them in the mail. They say 17 rounds but only seem to hold 15. What is with that?

17 rounds, no worries

I'm having no problems putting 17 rounds in this magazine, the spring is tight but it works. I will eventually buy more, and at the price you can't beat it, anywhere. I've tried off brsnd magazines and horrible results, stick with Beretta.

Not A 17 Round Magazine

Limited Capacity 14rds Just bought one of these mags as extras. Once I loaded my rounds, I noticed there is no difference in the capacity of the standard mags. The extended mag grip is nice. These only hold 14 rds, not the 17 rds as listed. Beretta should correct their count on this Magazine.

Total lack of quality control and a slap in the face to consumers.

A product that doesn’t hold was it says is a complete failure. The fact that this is a known problem and beretta hasn’t recalled or stop selling this product just shows the direction this company is being taken. In these times that we are living I cant have equipment that isn’t reliable much less a mag of all things step things up!

17 rounds

If you use the loader that came with the gun it easily loads 17 rounds. I have had no issues with this magazine. I do agree with others that it’s best to use Beretta magazines they are flawless.
