• Nonreturnable; not for resale. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, Beretta E-Gift Certificates are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law. Resale of BerettaUSA E-Gift Certificates is strictly prohibited.

• By purchasing this card, you agree to Store Policies.
• Lost or Stolen E-Gift Certificate. If your E-Gift Certificate is lost or stolen, immediately call customer service at 1-800-929-2901. Your Gift Card will be cancelled and we will issue a new one with the remaining balance. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced without the original receipt. Berettausa.com and its affiliates shall have no liability to you for (i) lost or stolen  E-Gift Certificate or (ii) use of any  E-Gift Certificate by third parties through your Berettausa.com account. You are solely responsible for keeping the password for your Berettausa.com account safe and for any activity conducted under your account.
• Berettausa E-Gift Certificates Balance is an Estimate. The balance you see when viewing E-Gift Certificates balances online or receive by calling 1-800-929-2901 is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase online,  but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time. You can also view the BerettaUSA E-Gift Certificates transaction history to see if all the transactions for the BerettaUSA E-Gift Certificates are listed.
