I just purchased a T3X CTR 6.5 Creedmoor. I was so excited to use it until the 10 round Magazine didn't work. I took it back to the place I purchased it and they tried to get it replaced for me through the Beretta Customer Service center. They didn't have any luck. The gun smith told me there is something wrong with the magazine and it isn't working correctly. Something with the springs inside. He said I should call Beretta. I spoke with kept cutting me off and said I needed to send in my magazine and they would review it. I just spent a crap ton of money on a brand new gun for hunting this fall. I can not have the gun out of commission. I buy a lot of guns, but if the customer service is going to be this poor, they will no longer get my money. I am willing to send the magazine to them, but send me one first.
