Grreat pack substandard buckle fasteners

Pack is of purposeful design. One trip out taught me that the lumbar support, cargo capacity and pocket layout are all great. The plastic buckle on the right side main compartment strap broke the first day out. Not what I expected from such an expensive backpack. I am keeping the pack and will replace the fasteners with something a bit more durable.

How big is large?

The tag on the backpack I received says 65 Lt, which I assume is liters, and not long tons. Conservative measurements of my not fully expanded pack are 16"W x 26"H x 12"D. Main reason I bought this is the versatility it offers with ample interior storage and MOLLE webbing. Has MOLLE attachments on sides of hip belt; D-ring on each shoulder strap. First impression of this pack is that the ext rip-stop material is rugged and thick, bottom a thicker rubberized material. Grab handles comfortable and heavy-duty. One side pocket has 3 organizing pouches, the other is an interior access pocket. This is helpful, since the removable game bag zips around the top load access. Mesh zipper pockets on both sides and top. Side zippers allow pack to expand add. 2". Pouch for 2L hydration bladder. 'Hidden' cash stash pocket. Removable rigid plastic sheet with metal stays to provide support to back. I am 6' 0", over 220. Straps are adjustable, but may not fit very tall or very short people.
