I selected the right product number for the bases but received a spare parts kit. The invoice shows I ordered a spare parts kit but I didn't. After receiving the wrong item I went back and selected the optic lock base and then noticed in the checkout it switches it to the spare parts kit. Tried contacting beretta to order the base since there was a glitch online and I would just receive another spare parts kit. No answer and no way of reaching a customer service rep. Very dissatisfied with the ordering process and availability. Had to keep the wrong part and order the correct one from OpticsPlanet!
