Sights should be called front night sight only. While effective for daytime shooting, blacked out rear sight is useless at night. I installed afrterr market sights for my first px4 compact that are great. Then I bought a compact cary model that came with these. Beretta should offer a replacement rear sight with tritium inserts for all those unfortunate enough to own these sights on the PX4 Compact carry

Rip Off

Beretta and dealers, at least the one I bought from, advertise this pistol as having night sights, plural. The gun I received has only a lighted front post with a black rear notch which becomes pretty much invisible in low light to dark. Thus rendering the use of the "night sight" at night pretty much useless as far as any degree of accuracy is concerned. I like the pistol, but it is rendered a daylight only pistol as delivered. Beretta tells me they do not make a rear lighted sight, and directed me to other companies for resolution to the problem. Potential buyers beware.
